Over the course of his career Robert Pattinson has largely been known for subconscious a handsome actor playing handsome characters in big franchise films. Robert Pattinson looks quite witty here as the wide-eyed, clueless and overly optimistic investor Samuel Alabaster, who is grating to win the heart of Mia Wasikowska's Penelope, who doesn't appear to be enormously receptive to it. Pattinson is enormously playing next to type here and the working surrounded by him and Mia Wasikowska's argumentative and tumble feel looks to be a play up of the movie. The gun-toting and fierce Penelope doesn't seem to fit the damsel in distress the title would imply, showing that genre tropes are comprehensibly subconscious played gone here.
This is a enormously engaging trailer, because Damsel appears to have the drama and exploit we generally expect from the Western genre, though as well as incorporating a fair bit of quirky deadpan humor, too. This doesn't see gone a full-on comedy in the vein of alight Saddles or A Million Ways to Die in the West, nor does it see enormously serious. There is enormously profusion of goofiness going upon here and I'm excited how the dramatic and comedic elements will exploit together. There is something undeniably cute about the trailer, over just the miniature horse, that indicates Damsel could be just the nice of fun movie that puts a smile upon your turn if it works. Damsel looks quite unique and original, not just for Robert Pattinson, but for what we are accustomed to gone Westerns.
Robert Pattinson and Mia Wasikowska see to be having some fun in this film so hopefully that comes through. You can see the two actors, including Samuel Alabaster's golden tooth, in the billboard for Damsel below.
Something tells me that this billboard won't create its habit to as many youthful bedroom walls as those from Twilight, but it is a unassailable billboard that appears to sell what Damsel will be. Damsel is written and directed by David and Nathan Zellner, who will as well as act in the film. The two brothers back worked together upon Kumiko, the adore Hunter.
