Shazam! director David F. Sandberg is keeping his film worthy of that exclamation point. He and star Zachary Levi have been bustling engaging fans on social media -- kinda sorta answering questions on the film, but mostly just keeping the hype train chugging along. And they have conveniently been having a blast in the process. Shazam! released a second teaser public notice just about two weeks ago, after the first one came out last summer, but here's the good exaggeration Sandberg replied to a devotee hoping for more footage:

Sandberg has been responding to fans who established marginal public notice to drop last week. on a more deafening note, he said he didn't know where that rumor came from, and he hated for fans to be disappointed, but he couldn't reply to every rumor out there. As he put it, the safest bet is to not take on all that hasn't been officially announced.

David F. Sandberg is worth when on Twitter for his tiny devotee polls alone. You may remember the spacious shade he threw at the MCU's Captain Marvel when tweeting the results of a devotee poll that put Shazam! second to Avengers 4 on the list of most-anticipated superhero films for 2019 -- ahead of Captain Marvel. As he teased/reminded comic collection readers, Shazam is #TheOriginalCaptainMarvel.

Zachary Levi -- who on blew off his Shazam! audition, thinking it wouldn't go anywhere -- has as well as been having fun engaging when fans, and he even cried higher than some devotee art he established during Brazil Comic Con.

Shazam! is technically joined to the DCEU, and Henry Cavill's Superman was supposed to cameo at one point, but it's mostly its own thing. It will be when the record-breaking attainment of Aquaman, and seems to have an even lighter atmosphere and brighter visuals. We don't know nevertheless how much allowance Shazam! will make at the box office, but hopefully it's tolerable to pay for every of those expensive suits.

The first Shazam! public notice came out during 2018 San Diego Comic-Con. marginal public notice was shown at Brazil Comic-Con, but not every of that footage has been released to the public at this point. The second teaser aired as a TV spot earlier in January. We'll probably get more footage of some nice past the film's April release, but we don't know if that will come via an "official trailer" or quick TV spots, etc.

Keep in the works when our Shazam! updates and get ready to watch the film in theaters starting April 5. April is going to be a particularly big month for superhero movies, but every of 2019 is shaping in the works to be one for the books.
