But I think plenty period has passed now that I think I'm not likely to go urge on and revisit it. We had a lot of fun making those films, and I think we came to a nice, sort of natural conclusion when [The conflict 2]. And I think sometimes you can have a tiny bit too much of a fine thing.

Both films earned sparkling reviews from professional critics and audience, most of the ruckus generated because of the films' remarkable battle scenes, and even for a period Hollywood considered an English-language remake. That project never came together, however, and now it looks when The conflict 3 is going to allowance a thesame fate.
Gareth Evans is very staying busy, though, and is in addition to experimenting in supplementary genres.
